At Hues Of Light Design LLC, all products are sourced and fulfilled by our trusted suppliers through Shopify Collective. Please read the following return policy carefully.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at huesoflightdesign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email.

Return Shipping

Return labels are provided by our suppliers. You will receive your return label by email once your return request has been reviewed and approved, typically within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened crystal lamps, smudge kits, and ritual tools may not be eligible for return. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with our supplier to resolve the issue promptly.
